WRITING & LANGUAGE
SAT Writing & Language
SAT writing & grammar basically consists of knowing grammar rules and how to write in a logical flow that makes sense. The following PDF is a Writing & Grammar section [#2] from a SAT practice test with answers included.
The SAT Essay
The SAT Essay is optional, but most schools require it. The Essay is given at the end of the test and is 50 minutes long and will be 650-700 words long. Though the passage is different from test to test, the assignment is always the same. You should use reasoning and textural evidence from the passage to support your analysis.
